Our online shop is open to all UK and international customers. However, our shopping cart is set up for UK customers only. We can ship any item on the website from the UK to Europe, USA and the rest of the world very easily so please email Catriona@theenglishartco.co.uk for a quote and we’ll process that for you.
All prints and float framed canvases by David Lyon Art, Samantha Ward Art and Ryoko Minamitani are printed within the destination country, by our usual provider, and shipped from within, quality guaranteed!

You can buy most items online. Or if you have seen an item on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, or remember an item in the gallery, we can pack up to ship to you very easily.
We can take payment online, or send a payment link.

ORDER PROCESSING
We despatch within 2-3 days from our studio, using either Royal Mail 2nd class, Signed For® or one of our trusted couriers.
Please allow an extra few days during busy seasons (Christmas and bank holidays.)
We'll send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
We can ship with a personalised gift message for FREE - advise message at check-out.
Prints, canvas prints + framed prints are bespoke and shipped within 7 - 10 working days of order. We may have in stock, in which case we’ll despatch within 2-3 days.
Art, prints, framed prints, gifts, homewares, mugs, stationery, all items available at Art Roundhay Park are available to CLICK + COLLECT - Art Roundhay Park, Leeds LS8.

PAYMENT
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Payments are processed through Paypal and Stripe.
All card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

RETURNS
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After 14 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange, and sale items and original artworks can't be returned at any time.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the original shipping packaging.
Please email Catriona@theenglishartco.uk and state the order number and the reason for return.
Returns Policy for bespoke framing or exhibition systems: Unfortunately we cannot offer a returns policy for a bespoke framed print or exhibition system, once your order is placed and payment made. This does not affect your statutory rights.
