We've collaborated with Seedball and David Lyon Art to create a range of beautiful wildflower tins, “Wildflowers”, “Inkflowers”, “Just One Blackbird” and “Through The Trees to Waterloo Lake”, featuring the original art by David Lyon Art.
A donation from the sales of these tins will go to The Natural History Museum.
What is a Seedball?
A mini ecosystem, protecting your seeds from birds, ants and slugs, giving them nutrition as they germinate and grow.
How it works:
30 - 100 seeds per ball
Clay to protect the seeds
Peat-free compost provides nutrition
Chilli powder to deter slugs and snails eating the shoots
Choose the wildflowers you would like to grow
Scatter onto bare soil or compost
Seeds germinate inside the ball and begin to sprout
Ball breaks down as the plants become established
Plants flower and become hub of wildlife activity!
Steel tins are manufactured in London and all wildflower seeds are native and sourced in the UK.
